Here, you have 24/7 access to the compassionate medical experts and comprehensive care you need to stay well—all from the comfort and convenience of your residence.
Your Care Coordinator Assistant is responsible for scheduling all appointments with your assigned provider. They will call 1-2 days in advance to confirm your appointment. Your schedule times will be a range of 9am-1pm or 1pm-5pm.
We avoid giving exact appointment times, as our providers are traveling to see patients and may have unexpected delays. Your assigned Care Coordinator Assistant is happy to coordinate special arrangements with families on occasion.
